Ever since I was two years old and swung my leg over my PW50 for the first time, all I ever wanted to do with my life was race Supercross. All my life’s work has been to get where I am today, and I am not ready to give that up just yet. After multiple injuries and some serious mental battles, I was able to receive my Professional Supercross License in April of 2019 with the love and financial support from my parents. Unfortunately, throughout the 2019 Pro Motocross season and all throughout the 2020 season, both Supercross and Lucas Oil Pro Motocross, I was only able to attend 30% of the races. Faulty stock equipment and injuries riddled my 2019 Pro Motocross season, and I was only able to attend 4 out of the 12 nationals. However, the 2020 season was a different story. Just after the 2020 Supercross season opener, I moved back home and transferred my focus off of racing completely to help my family through some health issues. Thankfully, after a long 12 months, everyone is healthy and well on their way to making a full recovery. 2020 has been a wild ride and thrown just about all it can at everyone this year due to COVID. I am happy to see it wind down and am optimistically looking ahead towards the new year.
Not everything that 2020 brought was tragic though, I met the love of my life and graduated from Sierra College with a 3.4 GPA and received my Associates Degree in Business. I have a lot of goals for my future education and have every interest in heading back to school to achieve a bachelor’s degree, but I have some unfinished business to attend to first within the supercross industry before I transfer to a university and go to school full-time. I have spent the last 20 years of my life working to get where I am today with my racing and I am giving myself one more year to accomplish my goals of being a consistent main event contender at every round of the upcoming 2021 Supercross season in the 250 West-Coast Division.
With that being said, I will be paying for my racing on my own this season and I am doing everything in my power to put together the best possible program that will allow me to be capable of performing to the best of my abilities come Saturday nights under the lights. It is no secrete racing at this level is extremely expensive with much less return on investment to the privateers. I hate doing so and am not usually one to ask for anything, but in order for me to go racing this season and make it to the races this year, I will need some financial support. I feel I can offer some good opportunities to promote anything from a brand to a business and will work all season on getting the logos of my supporters the most exposure possible while on a road, at the races, and promotional posts via Instagram as well. If you are a business owner or just someone who loves to watch supercross and root for the little guys, I would love to run your logos and promote your business anywhere possible. In the “Rewards” I have highlighted a few ways I can help support the people who support me this season.
Thank you so much for taking the time to read about my situation and I hope to see everyone at the races soon, bring on 2021!
