Certified Home Inspector

This year my disabled mother who I live and assist with realized her dream of owning her own home.

During this process we realized 1 there is a shortage of home inspectors in this area and 2 it was far from the best inspection. Its a wonderful home though we have had to put more work into it than we suspected, still we are very happy with it nonetheless. We make ends meet no glamorous life still my family has provided me with my own car so I can get to work, currently just seasonal work as there is not many good jobs available in this area currently.
I appreciate the car so much its a huge benefit, yet its about all they can do. I am always a hard worker in whatever I set out to do and this wont require alot of cash outlay.

I'm hoping to become a certified home inspector and all the money rasied will go towards ICA Real Estate Inspection Certification Program, cell phone (as I dont have my own), business cards, needed software and supplies -like ink for my printer to start my own home inspector business.

I realize this may not be a full time job to start but I'm willing to work at it if given the chance. If work gets laid off as it does more often these days,  I'll have a backup plan at the least!   However I believe it will be much more successful than just a backup plan.
