Celtic Cultures P2P Ambassador Program

I'm LaMecca Robertson, a 16 year old junior at Woodrow Wilson High School, and I’ve been invited and accepted by the People to People Ambassador Program to be a Student Ambassador on their Celtic Cultures trip to England, Wales, the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, and Scotland for 19 days this upcoming summer. I'd like to raise money so that I may go on this trip because this is an opportunity to broaden my “global awareness,” along with gaining real world experience, knowledge of other cultures, and an appreciation for these cultures and lifestyles that are different than, but perhaps fundamentally the same as, my own.

The total program cost is $7,256; this is broken into 5 equal monthly payments of $1,371.40. I've already paid my application fee of $399 and first month's tuition, leaving me with a balance of $5,485.60 and 4 more months of $1,371.40.
