Celebration Commune

We are a collection of students committed to concious and sustainable living. Our intention is to create a hub for mindful practice and inter-actions for students and neighbors. We invite people to come experience the possibilities of living in harmony.

To introduce us a little more, we are 10 young-hearted people, most of us attending or recently graduated from college who see this vision clearly. Some of us will be living in the house right away, while other members will be residing elsewhere yet involved and contributing to the vision.

Our initial fundraising intention is to aid in our down payment on a house, covering a security deposit, partial rent, and/or house hold necessities. We aim to be as sustainable as possible, composting and recycling waste and being energy efficient. As we are looking for a house large enough to suit 8+ people, depending upon what we find, we may need support for renovations, and splitting rooms for our residents.

We would like to raise enough funds by June 16 - July 1.

We believe that what the world needs is to create communes that embodies mindful and spiritual practice, you donation let us know that this is something that you want to see blossom. We believe that what the world needs is to form communes so that we can allocate resources, synchronizing, there by minimizing our footprint but at the same time empowering our spiritual growth, mindfulness. This concept is one we believe can be replicated nationwide, even worldwide. We are one of many examples to the beautiful alterantives of the modern rat-race.
