Cedric Mitchell is my brother in law.
(All funds raised are direct deposited to the account for his legal funds set up by and in his wife Tiffany’s name I have no access to them. I just want to help with making this. Her Venmo and CashApp is in the photos also and go directly to the legal account at Mountain America Credit Union)
He is an incredible father to 8 children, best friend to his wife, a wonderful son, amazing brother, nephew, uncle and loved by all who have met him, both in Phoenix (born and raised) and Idaho where he has lived for 7 years with his wife Tiffany, and their kids.
On June 7th 2019 Cedric was involved in a tragic accident that unfortunately claimed the life of 1 and injured several others. Cedric has now been charged with murder for an accident we don’t believe he was at fault with (Cedric has experienced medical issues).
Unfortunately my beloved one, Cedric is being charged with FIRST DEGREE MURDER and 7 counts of AGGRAVATED BATTERY for the other living occupants in the other vehicles.
He is a black man in a predominantly white state and town. Cedric's wife who is white and loves Cedric fiercely is now working three jobs; just to raise enough money for Cedric to have any possibility of a good, and just defense.
PLEASE HELP FIGHT FOR CEDRIC!
His children depend on us, and on anything you can give!
The children he’s raised as his own are 18,16,13 & 11, and Cedric and his wife also have 3 that are 3,2, and 11 months together as well as a 7 year old they’ve taken in and been raising for 2 years as their own.
The oldest children are left without their mentor and dad and the youngest 3 are inconsolable at times asking for Daddy.
What do you say to children who have had their daddy every single day of their lives and now he’s not there?
The family has found a lawyer but the retainer is $75,000:
*25k total for retainer with a 5k down payment
*25k for the experts needed to show Cedric wasn’t intentionally trying to take anyone’s life
*$2500 a day for trial that’s expected to be 2 weeks long.
I’m fighting to get Cedric home to his family, will you join me by donating? Please share the news widely: Cedric Mitchell Deserves A Just Trial!!! Thank you so much
