CeCe – A private and fun social network

Without your help, people around the world will be stuck using old platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, YouTube and more. These services track your every move to try and target you the best ads they think you will click on.

So far we've worked for over 5 years helping people make websites and get online for free, and this project has been our project for the last 5 years where we've put endless hours towards working on a social network that is free and private.

Social network we're building where images and messages are all fully encrypted and it doesn't track you or give any targeted ads at all, making money only from the retail and community sections where users will be able to sell their own products and we'll take an extremely small cut leaving most of it for the seller. We also plan on adding features such as locked posts which are exclusive to people that pay, with subscriptions available so fans can support their favorite creators directly.

Profits will be redistributed (see bottom) to good causes to further help the worldwide community. Our funding target is around $100000 to help us finish the app, make it run smoothly and ensure it's easy to use and market it when it's finished directly through inflouencers so we don't pay Facebook or Twitter for ads.

Our goal is to make an app and website to bring them a worthy competition, with a strong focus on the privacy of the people, so once again the only people who know our secrets are our friends and family, and with true competition in the social media marketplace we'll push the larger companies to enhance their privacy as well, helping everyone who uses social media regain their private lives.

This service has been our dream between us for some years, it would serve as a true hub for commuity and security for the people, and would hopefully inspire change in the data driven world. We want to make the web a safe space for everyone so we'll do our best

The money will be used to finish developing the app, as we've made a strong start but we can't afford to make more progress without help, then it can be released to the public freely.

It would be awesome if you could join and see it as it grows out of its alpha stages, there's a lot of features yet to come but it gets bigger and better every day. Maybe become a part of the network that can eventually replace your classics like Facebook and Instagram to take back control of your private life!

Again we feel like it's best to repeat that it's very much alpha for now, there's bugs and missing features but it would be great if you could be a part of it's creation and get back your freedom of speech and private life again!

We're a global group of friends and developers that make apps, services and products for the benefit of the community and not just corporate greed. A large portion of our profits (around 20 to 30%) will be donated to a different charity that we believe in at the start of each month, so the app helps people not just in privacy, but also areas we plan to make an impact on such as poverty, the destruction of nature and people's homes, global warming and homelessness.
