CB’s Character Blessings Fund

With deep gratitude and love, we thank you. Thank you for your overwhelming generosity. Thank you for the outpouring of love and support. Thank you for sharing your sweet memories and prayers of strength. This fund has been such a blessing for our family to see the love and respect from friends and colleagues.

The Brooks Family has established CB's Character Blessings Scholarship Fund which will be administered by the Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts. The scholarship will benefit student-athlete graduates of New Bedford High School who showed high character during their time at the school. The Community Foundation of Southeastern Massachusetts will ultimately select the scholarship recipient(s) with the guidelines set forth by the family. The first recipient is anticipated in the Spring of 2019.
Thanks to your generous donations, the money raised through this gogetfunding account will be donated to the Foundation for the scholarship fund. CB's daughter, Adrienne, will withdraw the funds to her personal account and once received, she will transfer them to the Foundation by check.
