CATS NEUTERING

i am an active volunteer for over 20 years non stop every day for 365 days and i feed them and take care of them,my city PERAMA dont have ever helped me and of course no other volunteer,we are very few volunteers here in PERAMA(for example we are ONLY 5 persons active).the situation in every colony is tragic because of the illness of the cats,from the hunger.i believe that we must first neutered the cats and then feed them.greece has not understand this yet and i am very sad for that.i must neteur 40 cats in cost of 25 euros each cat.thank all of you in advance.your help will be priceless and i hope everyone of you to be healthy and strong.
