Catering start up business

I have been cooking for as long as i can remember. My dream has always been to open my own business and work for myself! This catering business would help me kick off my career and would change my life for the better . i moved out when I was 16 and work 7 days a week while trying to put myself through school. It's hard working so hard for so little. I want to be a success and sometimes you need the help from others to get there! One day I want my red seal and I want to be remembered as someone who made a difference in the food industry
