My name is Mario. I am 23, currently employed at a restaurant in my hometown of Downey. I am coming to you, to ask for help starting up a local catering business that my coworker (age 27) and I would love to create. Financially we are not capable or even relatively close to being able to start up a business of our own. So far we have some of the basics like a fryer and charcoal grill. As far as a stationary location, we have several in which we can store food that needs to be refrigerated, as well as to prep food before going to a location we are catering.
