Cataract surgery for our Beloved Shih Tzu

Louie has been part of our Family and heart for the past 5years, he's our stress reliever and joy bringer, but we notice this past few weeks that his eyes are turning bluish and he's having trouble seeing us, after going to the vet they had verified that his eyes are starting to form cataract which cannot be treated with meds, and he needs a surgery as soon as possible, so I'm here seeking for kind hearted people to help the 5fth member of our family so he can see the wonderful world we have, :)
