I developed this real estate investing business to help home sellers expedite the process of selling there property. I have seen my parents lose their house to foreclosure and it ruined there credit! I wanted to help others by using the process of making "ALL-CASH" offers to the homeowner to help whatever situation they may be in. I am a true believer of giving back to others in my community. I am looking for  donations, because I am currently a freshman in college double majoring in Accountancy and Finance, and I don't have much after paying college tuition.
