cat enclosure

I have rescue cats, have had same most of my life.  Currently have created a cat run enclosure down the side of the house, however over past couple of years we have had three brown snakes on property, including one in the house.  There is a large shed, and area by side of the house that I would like to close in and encorporate as part of the cat enclosures/safe area and am trying to do this in stages.  I have managed to get the run extended, have snake meshed front, and blocked all access along side of the run.  I have used both expanding foam and concreted all boundaries of the fences - in an endeavour to make the yard as safe as possible for both the cats and myself.  This is where the fund raising comes in, need to raise funds so I can get more work done - some I can do myself other things I need a hand with.  Thanks if you can help donate, any amount is a great help.  The cats and I say thank you.
