Casey and Teresa’s Wedding

We don't need anything fancy! We just want to have our friends and family with us to celebrate our marriage. We have been dating for over 7 years now and we are ready to start our life together. The money we ask for will cover the food, reception location, and the security needed for the venue. We have cut corners in every aspect of planning to have the cheapest wedding possible-- I beleive it is about the marriage NOT the wedding-- but with large families there are many to feed! Please help us make our day the best it can be-- surounded by our loved ones with satisfied bellies!

How we have saved money so far:

My mom will be making my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses, and flower girl dress

Flowergirl basket was given to me by my Godmother who used it in her wedding

We will have heart shaped pages cut from my favorite book instead of flowers

Flowers are being grown ourselves

bouquetts are being made by myself

printing our own invitations

(Professional) friend gave us a sweet deal on photos

Ceremony will be held at the church I am a mamber of

No programs-- program will be on one chalkboard on "lobby"

Friend will be doing DJ work

Centerpieces are included in venue price as well as all linins, cutlery, and china-- to add a little personalization we are adding painted pinecones in our wedding colors to the centerpeices-- free from our backyard

We are making a cheesecake and doing mini cheesecakes rather than purchase a cake

No save the dates

RSVP cards are on our website rather than pay for postage

Suits instead of tux rental

I have used cupons on all fabrics and anything I can't make--like the paper and envelopes for invitations for example
