Cary Morin 2018 CD Release and Tour!

I have just completed my 5th CD project entitled, "When I Rise." I can't thank you enough for all of your support! My goal now is to create as much publicity as possible and to be on the road consistently, promoting this work.

Much like my last 4 solo cds, this one is a mix "one man, one guitar" with a few surprises thrown in! I have already written and begun recording 12 brand new tunes for this project. I have secured the studio time for recording with Rich Werdes at Studio Underground, James Tuttle at Subtle Sound to mix and master, Maple Street Music Agency for management, Mark Pucci Media for publicity, Digital Music Marketing, and CD Baby for packaging and world-wide distribution.

As with all of these creative endeavors, it is significant to the overall success of the project to enlist community support. The music business has changed significantly over the years, and gone are the days of record companies and recording contracts. That is where community comes in! I have dedicated as much of my own resource as possible, and could use community support to make it the rest of the way.

I have been playing music full-time almost my entire life. I'm not quite sure how I managed to raise 3 kids from this crazy career, but they all seem to be thriving and none of them have taken to music as a means of making a living, so I must have done something right! Seriously though, I cannot imagine life without poetry and a guitar.

I set out from Great Falls, Montana at the ripe old age of 18 to begin my career in music. I have been fortunate to travel all over the world sharing my music, from Sado Island Japan to Europe, and all over the United States and Canada. If it were possible, I'd ask my agency to book me nearly every night of the week, as there is no such thing as too much for me when it comes to playing and performing.
