My partner, Carlos Lopez, 39 years old, has been diagnosed with Stage 5 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) secondary to Glomerulonephritis (End Stage Renal Failure). Carlos had been receiving dialysis treatment since June 20, 2019, which is about 2-3 times in a week, for more than three (3) years now.

Recently, he was diagnosed with heart failure, a common complication of CKD. His doctors have been persistent to push through with Carlos' kidney transplant while his heart is still functioning.

Between the weekly dialysis, and efforts to keep Carlos' comfortable, we are in need of financial support. For three (3) years, Carlos has been fighting for his life, to experience some normalcy, and most of all, to live longer for his three (3) kids and for our family.

We are organizing a fund raiser to finance for Carlos' kidney transplant. The operation and post-transplant medications is estimated to reach Php 1.5 - 2 M.

We are knocking on your generous hearts for financial help. No amount is small and every bit of your help counts.

May God bless your kind hearts. Thank you very much.
