I am trying to raise money to start up a basic carinderia to sell and serve food in my community during lunch and dinner times. I need to buy kitchen supplies, cooking equipment, a refrigerator, fans, tables and chairs, etc. and I will also need to pay for a lease agreement. This will be first month's rent and 2 months deposit. I currently work at a carinderia for the past 3 years. I did not finish college. I had to stop my studies to help support my family. My mother has works 2 jobs ever since my father left us when I was 16 years old. He was a cook in the US Navy. I learned a lot of cooking skills from him. Ever since, I am the one doing all of the cooking in my home because my mother is always working. People tell me that I am a very good cook! I want to start this carinderia and build it from the ground up. First of all, I need to find an inexpensive place to rent long term. Then it will need to be renovated to accommodate a cooking area, display area and a dining area. Then I need to purchase supplies and equipment, get organized and set up. After everything is set up and ready, I will prepare for the opening day. The exciting part! I will go to the market early in the morning everyday to buy fresh meats and vegetables. I plan to begin cooking by 7 am and be prepared to start displaying food (ulam) at 11 am. I will continue to cook periodically as needed as to be able to have 8-10 ulams to be displayed by 5 pm for the start of the dinner display. I have an entire business plan mapped out including equipment needed, costs, menu and recipes, business licensing and permits... everything. This is a very thought out and well devised plan. I just don't yet have the budget to execute my plan. Please help if you can. Thank you in advance. Thank you for reading and may God bless!
