Care to Share for Jalex is a fund raising campaign for a young man named Jalex Roque who also happens to be my cousin. He is a 19 year old man who dreams on becoming a sea farer to help his family. He wasn't able to go to college as he gave way to his older brother. Just recently he was admitted for severe abdominal pain and jaundice (yellowish skin color) and it was found out he has multiple mass growth on his liver and inflamed spleen. From a good looking young man, his built had drastically changed. Jalex is not one to voice out his troubles as he is shy and would not want to burden anyone, that is why he chose to keep to himself his abdominal symptoms until he can no longer tolerate it that even his brothers and parents were unaware of. Several biopsies were done over various of organs to determine the cause of his ascites, weight loss and as such. Considering their lack of financial capacity and the future expenses he might incur during his diagnostics not even included the possible treatments once results come out, we are asking through this page for any medical assistance we can get from family, friends and even from ones we may not know but wants to help him on this ordeal.

"When you find yourself in the position to help someone, be happy and feel blessed because God is answering that person's prayer through you. Remember, our purpose on earth is not to get lost in the dark but to be a light to others, so that they may find way through us"-Alberto Casing.
