Hello!

We are sisters Ana and Nino, from the capital of Georgia - Tbilisi. The streets of Tbilisi is full of stray dogs and our government simply does nothing to help them. There is 3 dog shelters in our country, one is ran by government, which is better known as slaughterhouse, because it cost them less and same time decrease number of stray dogs. The second shelter owner is a businessman, who does his best to feed and give home to those poor dogs, but still it's not enough, his shelter is almost always full and can't accept even new born puppies or injured ones, not to mention healthy stray dogs.So the third shelter takes very small number of dogs and is also full. Therefore we have a lot of poor souls who are left without homes.

Because of this situation,me and my sister with other volunteers,at the various areas of Tbilisi, constantly trying to help and give the best to those dogs, such as

  • Feeding
  • Taking care of injured ones
  • In the best case, finding caring owners for them.

But our effort is not enough because of lack of finances. The aim of our campaign is to help specific number of stray dogs (30-35) to build wooden doghouses, which will help them survive through cold winter,

One doghouse with waterproof roof cost us 180 GEL (67 USD). If we collect 2,500 USD with your help,we will be able to build total of 35 doghouses and feed them with rest of the money.

Each dollar will get us closer to our goal. Only with your help, together with you,we can give the warmth and love to our best friends!
