Car repairment

On the 30th of November my family had a car accident. We had an insurance of the car, but since my mother was driving (and the car is owned by me), it doesn't cover a lot of the damages so the Insurance Group paid us just 200 Euro instead of 2500. Still I'm raising only 1100 because I will pay the other part with the money for Christmas presents unfortunately. I'm living in a country where salaries are not high. I receive only 400 EUR as a month salary and my only fast and safe transport to work was my car, because I live around 20km away. I don't have any transport for at least 5 km, before getting to the nearest Bus stop and in addition to that - it doesn't get me a lot closer, so I have to walk again after getting off the bus. Problem is even more serious, because I work until 1:00 am and I have to take a cab if no one can drive me near home and the trip usually cost around 15 EUR with the taxi. Please help me.

What do I need the money for:
1. New/Refurbished parts for the car

2. Pay the mechanics for the work on the car
