Car needed for medical appointments

My wife and I are diabled, have a son with autism, a daughter with special needs, and twin sons who need to go to job interviews.

It is very difficult for us to get to doctors appts and get groceries. Taking the bus is fine for me and our daughter, but my wife has social anxiety disorder and with our son's autism it doesn't work out so well. We really need a car to do the thngs we need to do and don't have enough income to even think about it.

Any assistance would help so much. We end up having to cancel a lot of appointments due to transportation problems. We end up missing important meetings at the kids schools, appointments for medical tests, programs for autism, therapy appointments, doctor appointments, and dentist appointments.
