Car incomplete & mechanic gives me the shaft

I bought a car a long with a brand new engine to replace the old one & paid someone to fix it for me, That person bailed out on me after excuse after excuse since August 30th,2018, it is now December 20th, 2018, & still nothing but a big hunk of metal still sitting in my front yard for me to look at every day!! It sickens because I trusted this person, he was one of my dearest friends & I feel as though it was a set up job just to get my money.I am a disabled woman of 46 & on a fixed income and can not afford it. The money came from my Grandad that past away in July of 2017. He left me and my sister a part of the inheritance because my father passed away & he felt that we deserved it since he wasn't here to get it, Boyee!!! Big mistake of mine & do I ever feel bad for waisting his blood,sweat & tears of 96 year's on nothing. I feel as though I just let him all the way down & I feel like maybe I'm getting punished for that but,a I really need to try to get some help to fix it to make things right so I can rest with a clear conscious. I have been so disturbed by this that things in my life hasn't been going good at all!! Everything has been going wrong since.PLEASE!!!!! For goodness sake, I beg for some help!!I would be thankful for anything that you were to help me raise, with my complete & total gratitude,all the thanks in the world for just a little helping hand & God bless all of you that can & will contribute & also the one's that can not.I do understand that money is very funny these days, especially for us disabled ones due to limited funds & here at Christmas time & all.
