hello my partner has ms and I have essential thrombocytosis a rear type of blood cancer. Our old car literally blew up and now we're stuck 4 miles out of the nearest town. We have no funds for a new car and hitch hiking with grocery's every week is hard on my partner.please help if you can wed apriciate anything you could help with. Thankyou ether way
