car for driving to work

Dear friends. I am writing To you with a request for a dream that I cannot fulfill. Unfortunately, my salary is only enough to pay off the loan for the apartment. You can't save up for a car, even the simplest one. Getting to work by public transport takes about 1.5 hours with transfers.
