Car Door Repair

Hi, I am looking to help my friend with his vehicle ("11" Dodge Charger). We are both Navy sailors and i recently invinted him out on the Town In Pensacola (which he usually never goes out to see) for a good time. We went to a Karaoke bar and had a blast but upon leaving we noticed that his car had been scrapped by what appeared to be a drunk driver. He really Loves his car and has really been down lately, so I thought it would be pretty neat if I could attempt to raise the price of the repair so that he would not have to come out of pocket. This guy has been my ggod friend for the past year and have always looked out for me, whether it be me needing a ride or help paying a bill every now and then.
