Car Accident Fund

Hello, I had an accident a few weeks back and unfortunately the damage to the car was terrible. Along with this, I was also fined and am needed to go to court (because the law changed recently and they also made the penalty up to 2k). As it is I'm currently only just a student and am not financially stable. I've been trying to raise as much as I can to prepare for the court fine and also car damages but unfortunately time is running out and I still have yet to get the appropriate amount needed.
