Capital for Robotic/PLC Programming Company

  I am trying to startup my own company to do robotics ,machine programming and design at first  then venture into building equipment and tooling. I recently lost my job for no reason I have spoken to an attorneys and being this is a right to work state and the company has no written policy an I legally have no leg to stand on. I was totally surprised when this happened. My review last years was a meets requirments and I had received a raise this year, then I got blindsided with being let go. The company will not give me a reason for termination but on the separation papers they stated it was an agreemnet between both of us which is not true. If I sign the papers it looks like I quit so I get no unemployment benifits and the insurance I have to cover me if I lose my job to pay my morgage and other debts will not kick in either due to the wording of the separation papers. But I have no option but to sign them.  My dream is to be able to support my family with my skills with out worring about losing my job out of the blue. and also hopfully grow the bussiness to give others a place to work where they will be treated fairly and feel secure in their positions. I already have some very talented people in their feilds that are wanting to make a job move. But I would like to know that I can ensure there employment before they take the risk.   I have 25 years experience and I know there is a high demand in this area for this type of service. I am very confident it will be a success. I am willling to invest my savings, but I know it will be consumed quickly. I would need to start making money in the first month and I know that its not logiacal thinking on start ups. I am not sure how this website works, but if anyone out there wants to invest as a partner and own part of this business I would be willing to do that as well. Start up expenses and a Laptop that can support software will cost aproximaly $3000.00   Software for Allen Bradley Programable Controllers and interfaces  $7000.00  AutoCAD Electrical Design Software  $5000.00  Seimens Software for  $7000.00  Insurance, license, LLC cost  $500.00 Operating Capital $75,000.00.
