Looking at my story made me realize that these sites must be full of scammers. How do you differentiate ?

I'm going to leave my story the same but our needs are real. You may call me at 1-705-842-9156. I'll be happy to answere any questions.

These are the facts. We have a loan for the well we had to put in because we had no water from Dec. to May. Cost $14k at $350 per month. Our 2013 Rogue costs $310 per month. ($465. on two months.) I took the Rogue off the road to save money on insurance. We're using my old honda, which we are going to sell soon.

I was informed yesterday that due to a clawback of 30% of some unemployment that I did manage to arrange last year I owe the gov. $3700. I am out of work now and not very likely to find any soon.

At 70 years old I tried to keep working. Went ok until I got another hernia. Having a hernia and being succeptable to them greatly reduces the kind of work that I am able to do and most of the work up here is physical. Don't worry, I have been applying for jobs. No luck yet.

We've got the house for sale. Unfortunately we live in an area of low house prices and very slow sales. There is a little 'shoebox that we can afford on our pensions but I don't know if it will last on the market by the time the house is sold.

My wife had major surgery some time ago and is finding it increasingly difficult to get upstairs. I really need to get living on the ground floor. We both suffer from serious depression. I am on meds and therapy. Dianne has her box of meds.

What do we need? Somebody to buy our house would be nice. Getting rid of the bank and car loans would be our prime goal. We could manage after that.

I have always managed to provide but I'm out of steam. That tax bill is the last straw. I have absolutely no way of paying that.

I have been proactive to the community. When I ran a business I was happy to provide for my employees. As a member of Civitan International and the Loyal Order of Eagles I did my best to help out.

Maybe someone can help us now.
