adopted a puppy from streets, i read that laws in my country needs me to spend on her 500$ at least for her needs or i can get fined seeing with the puppy, i dont have that kind of money,i dont have any friends or family that can help me, i just wanted to rescue a life, i love her and i dont want to give her up.
