Can’t catch a break

Running a small business in today’s economy can be very challenging. I own a small plumbing company in Las Vegas Nevada, for eight years I have pushed forward and always made sure to give my customers the best value for the dollar, my team members as wonderful of a workplace as possible to come to, and no matter what always put everyone before myself. These values gave us the ability to grow and give opportunities to guys to build careers and futures for their families. Never putting profit before customer service. These same values and beliefs have caused me to make decisions when it comes to how we deal with slow seasons, employee theft, and helping others with finical hardships. So here I am today hoping that someone reads this and is in a position to help someone who is ALWAYS helping others before himself. We are in bad shape and on the verge of bankruptcy. I am watching everything I have worked so hard for fail in front of my eyes. I am a good person with a great heart, a great dad, and smart. There is no logical reason for me to be in such a bad position. All I want to do is save this company and keep my people employed.
