Can’t afford my Surgery please help

My names are Nguimatsia Nguefack beaurelle, i am a Cameroonian by nationality and i reside in the United Arab Emirates. I am 25years of age and a pastry chef , beacuse it gives me unlimited joy and satisfaction when people love and eat what i make. I would love to be a great pastry chef in future cause when i bake, i donot with passion and whole heartedly. It all happened on the 13 of February 2020, when i was going home, and i got hit by a car(taxi).
Lost consciousness and i later regained consciousness and found myself in the hospital where I was brought by anambulance.I was immediately passed under a scan so the doctors could know if i had any fracture and to equally better identify the gravity of the accident.so the results of the scan came out and i had no bone fracture. i could not feel my right leg so i told the doctors and they immedietly took me to do a CT SCAN where i was operated upon and the clotted blood was taken out as well. so still in the hospital, i was told by the doctors that i have a fracture on the right side of my eye which is very severe and requires a SURGERY. To do the surgery, the doctors said it will cost 20 000 AED (5 446 USD) i really need your support so i can get my surgery done and prevent my eye from getting into more complications,so that my eye will be whole again.this is me before the accident.
It is my biggest wish to be able to go back to my job. Please Help! Thank you
