GENERAL We are developing a web based portal that will put patients, doctors, licensed producers and dispensaries of medical herbs under one roof. There will be no sale of medical herbs on the portal, we are merely providing the place for all parties involved to communicate, get educated, have access to extensive statistics and reviews pertaining to medical conditions and herbal strains, and receive legal and medical advice.  Users will have ability to have extensive social network, invite friends, schedule appointments with doctors, review strains, leave comments and reviews about product, producers and doctors.  Doctors will have ability to list their practice, advertise their service, have online client assessments, issue referrals, obtain new clientele, and expand their knowledge and social network through blogs and professional posts.  Producers/dispensaries will have ability to advertise their companies and products, create social network, read and write reviews, acquire more patients, market and sell their product to target audience.  We are building a platform that is a hybrid of Facebook, Yelp and Leafly.    REVENUE   The major source of income is advertising fees, the services will be free for patients, but the doctors and producers have to pay to be advertised.  LAUNCH DATE The project is due to launch on September 15, 2014.
