I am doing this fundraising for a friend who is a dog rescuer in Lebanon , a country where human lives have no value therefore you can imagine what stray dogs go through everyday . Anthony Abihanna is 55 years old and he has been rescuing stray dogs for nearly two decades . He has under his care 62 dogs and his latest rescue is Candy who was dumped on the streets of Beirut. Candy's condition deteriorated and needs neuro surgical operation. The odds are are 65% to 75% that the operation will succeed. I am trying to help Anthony to raise the needed amount for his operation and pay the vet bills he has related to those rescues (see attached bills ) . Please help if you can .
