Campaign Story
Konstantinion Research Center after several years of searching and filtering the bibliography we decided to set 25 diagnostic immunological tests for complete evaluation of cancer patients with the major goal to prolong their quality of life and manage cancer as a chronic disease and not as a lethal condition.
The antibodies that we will set in the lab by flow cytometry technology cover specific pathways for cancer in terms of its metabolism, multiplication, EMT, metastasis, adhesion, and survival, which have been proven the last years and can be essential factors in the daily practice in order to manage the cancer patient with more targeted and individualized therapies. This project is mandatory to achieve international collaborations with high level scientists for the benefit of the cancer patients.
So, this fundraising is just to cover the expenses for buying the reagents and material to set these tests for at least 100 cancer patients. We hope that nay help will enable our center to have the first results and then it will be communicated worldwide and some others will be activated for this innovative and important mission.
