Can you help Bella?

This is Isabel or as we call her: BELLA. The name says it self..she is beautiful....and she is a very good friend of mine. She is portuguese and lives in South Africa.

Bella has PDK, Polycystic kidney disease. An inherited disorder in which clusters of cysts develop primarily within your kidneys, causing your kidneys to enlarge and lose function over time. Cysts are noncancerous round sacs containing fluid. The cysts vary in size, and they can grow very large.

The past year she has had 7 operations. She is struggling so much now and she is desperate for a new kidney. She has to do dialysis 4 times a week. In the mean time she needs capital for medicine, food, insurance etc. She is so bad now that she can not work anymore. She pays for medical insurance in order for her to stay alive ,R7200 per month ... it goes up 10% every year... plus if her medical savings deplete she still pay out of her pocket over and above the payment per month. Or her husband does, but know he is in a bad shape to so no much income.

The pictures you see can be tough to see but we wanted you to feel her pain.

I want to help her and her family and i want to help her get a little less stress in her life until we can get her a kidney. We want her to get dialysis overseas and get on a list for kidneys.

She has no chance in South Africa.This women, who always helps other, needs help from us.
