1.2. Step-by-step implementation plan –
Purchase of land for UAB, permits, excavation, septic tank installation, device platforms for m. the Construction of a reception and Assembly houses (finished model), electrification, water supply. Construction of saunas and outdoor showers, baths.
The objectives of the project over time –
Stage 1 – summer-fall 2021 - creation of summer camping for 20 motorhomes, 5 cabins for 2 persons each with shower and kitchenette, outside shower on the beach, swimming pool, children's Playground, a summer kitchen with bottled gas.
Stage 2 – spring 2022 – construction of winter houses and summer insulation, gasification, options for winter recreation.
