Campbell’s Soup failure to exhibit “duty of care”

I ate a can of Campbell's Soup on 9/26/12. It had a glass like foreign object in it. Later that night, I became sick. Still sick the next day, I went to the ER, and found out I needed surgery immediately. Campbell's Soup has done nothing for me. I've been baker acted three times and even overdosed on my own depression medications - sending me back to the ER. I'm suffering from emotional distress, unable to return to work, while taking various depression medications. Bill collectors call me all day - everyday. Could you please help?
