campaign for the use of medicinal cannabis

Why this campaign? Nature is giving us most of our medicines and for thousands of years we make use of it to relief our pains and treat our illnesses. These days almost all of our medicines (prescribed or not) are chemically derived and according to the government/doctors they are ok and legal to use. I wish people would understand what harm a lot of these medicines do and more than often the side effects are horrendous. think for example of cancer treatment drugs. people get morfine to help with the pain and although the pain is gone people live like vegetables and other life threatening symptoms are suppressed. Why not use what nature has given us? It has been proven that cannabis can have a huge positive impact on the treatment of patients with various different illnesses and there are no side effects. so why is it still being treated as illigal? We need to change this and this is the reason why i have started this fundraiser. I want to take this all the way but I have to start somewhere. I want to ask the public for their opinion through questionnaires and get signed petitions that I can take to the appropriate people. From there I need legal advice and get the decision makers to review their policies. I need all the help I can get so please do some research for yourselves. then you will see that I am in my right to say that we are being withheld from choosing our own treatments.     X X
