We need to raise 250,000 for our Stop Rent Program to set up and start construction of single-family homes within the City of Rockford, Illinois.
These lots will be used to build 1500 SF houses for disadvantaged members of low-income community currently renting substandard homes. Our Stop Rent Program will effectively provide thousands in savings to each family year over year while also creating a significant asset on which they can retire and ultimately pass onto the next generation securing the future for countless families.
Turning renters to homeowners improves and strengthens entire community ending the burden of renting a house. On top of everything else the inflation is real and it will get worse. The rent is already going up and will go up much more.
We have explored all other funding options out there and hit the wall of bureaucracy everywhere. We could tell stories for hours but here is not the place.

Few words about who we are and how do we make all this possible.
Quantum Enterprises, Inc. is a Rockford, Illinois based business established in 2015. Since its inception, our mission remains to serve the community in every way possible. We started with a variety of services for businesses and individuals while gradually adding and expanding the comprehensive scope of our services. The business was relatively stable; however, we have always considered our company to be a work in progress. Our objective was to expand into other creative areas. We believe in vision and creativity, generating constant development of new ideas. Therefore, we are continuously looking for new business opportunities and contributions to the community.
Following extensive research and analysis of the low-end residential market specifically focused on low-income and minority communities in Rockford, Illinois, we decided to launch our Stop Rent Program in 2019.
The program is aimed at “permanent” renters, mainly families that have been renting their houses for a long time and have a fixed mindset of never, or at least not for a long time, being able to own their home.
Stop Rent Program makes it possible for those stuck in renting scenarios to switch from paying rent to home ownership in 4-6 months. As a result, they can start saving substantially on monthly living costs and create a considerable asset for feasible retirement scenarios in the future.
In addition, the Stop Rent Program will generate new advancement opportunities for low-income and minority communities while increasing the real estate value in the area. At the same time, since we are operating exclusively in low-income minority communities, that is where we source our workforce.
We hire locally and grow along with and within the community, which benefits everyone and allows them to gain the most from our programs. We use primarily local suppliers and employ low-income and minority contractors and subcontractors for local jobs. Our diverse workforce will be entirely based on local resources for management, customer care and sales. Our revitalization program will strengthen cohesiveness of the community. The economic impact on the community includes shared interests and mutual growth that goes beyond just building or renovating houses. It will expand local economy while offering better wages and more stable work. It will boost the outlook for the future and help to realize dreams.
