I am Ana L. Bernardino raising fund for my husband Ronaldo who is suffering Chronic Kidney Disease Stage V Secondary to Diabetes Mellitus Nephropathy. He is currently undergoing on a thrice a week hemodialysis session which our family cannot sustain to. He was our bread winner, a good hard working husband and father and to prolong his life we need your help to continue his sessions. Every session he is suffering the pain of two big needles on his arm lying next to the machine. We are hoping that we can collect fund to continue his life thru hemodialysis session or if God will allow for a possible kidney transplant. We are hoping for your kind heart to help us surpass this challenge.
