I have conceptualised, designed and built a unique camless cylinder head for motor vehicle engines. Capable of being retrofitted to anybody and every make, model, petrol/diesel car, truck, generator or propeller type aircraft engine..
The concept has been proven (video shows a 1988 Opel Kadett, first time start up, no tuning, no tweaking). Now I need to build a commercial version for patenting prototype purposes.So please ignore the noise and smoke, see POTENTIAL, and remember, what you are seeing is just the stepping stone to the eventual prototype!!!!!
A few major companies have expressed an interest provided I give a patent number for evaluation. Patenting in RSA, USA, Europe and other countries where major engine manufacturing companies are found.
The patent will cover all internal combustion engines, conventional (carburettor) porting, indirect injection, direct injection configurations for both petrol diesel as well as gas fueled engines.
1. I have reduced the crowd funding request amount to ensure the prototype does get built and build the confidence needed that together we CAN!
2. I have been asked to provide reasons why my invention is better, by no means complete, but here goes:
a) no traditional valve cylinder head damage.
b) 80% component reduction
c) Greater efficiency means less pollution
d) increased power-weight ratio.
e) runs more quietly than other cylinder head technologies. A massive plus especially for Diesel, Generator and Aircraft engines.
g) I cannot, as yet make the claim that the cylinder head will result in greater fuel efficiency, but given the changed configuration and totally new technological approach, with your help and assistance this will be part of the first dynamometer tests we will be running once the patent is granted.
