Camcorder Appeal

It's that time of year again, as the badger cull ends, the hunts start to have their opening meets and we try to make up for all the times we couldn't be out during cubbing in the last two months. Just check out our Vimeo and facebook pages to see what we've already managed to film this season, including the Ledbury Hunt hounds being only a few feet from a fox in Tirley last week and then the aftermath of the Ross Harriers hounds killing a hare at the weekend.

Without the help of our supporters we would struggle to be out as many times a week as we are and we intend to keep it up in the coming season, sabotaging and monitoring hunts 4 and sometimes 5 times a week. Without video cameras we wouldn't be able to capture evidence of illegal hunting, violent and aggressive behaviour of certain hunt staff and supporters and spread the truth about what goes on out in the fields.

Whilst in normal life, most 3C sabs would use their belongings until they wear out completely, we can't afford to do so with things like camcorders - if they start to go blurry when you zoom in, they're not going to be as useful when trying to film a fox running away from a pack of hounds! Old camcorders are always kept for more close-up situations and as back-ups, never thrown away :)
