Cambodia Transitions Trip

As many of you know, Ashley has been working with Transitions for a few years now. She is very committed to this organization and the quality aftercare they provide for young girls who have been rescued from the child sex slave trade in Cambodia. This summer, we have been offered an opportunity to go to Cambodia together, meet the young ladies currently being rehabilitated in the Transitions' Dream Home and learn much more about what we can do to help in the fight against trafficking in our daily lives.

In order for both of us to go we need to raise $7,000 total. A large portion of the money will help to cover our airfare and in country expenses, but we are also donating a portion directly to Transitions to support the incredible work they do every day.

We understand and appreciate that everyone works hard for their money and we know that donating a portion of it to someone else can be a big deal. Please know that your money will be used to support the impact we can make for the young ladies of Transitions as a couple as well as the awareness we will be able to raise within our local communities to continue to fight this issue!

Update: We have been able to raise $4500 through various fundraising efforts and as of February 20, 2013 we only have $2500 to go!
