I can’t imagine the pain and struggle my mother is experiencing right now, intubated and connected to multiple sorts of medical equipment and medications to keep her lifeline. Please help us, help our Mama.

The last quarter of 2021 has been very difficult and rough for Mama and our whole family, initially, she was hospitalized for a few weeks and had to undergo a surgery to remove the big stone in her bladder, although it was a successful operation, she has to have a suprapubic catheter placed permanently. After a month from discharge, she’s gotten worse so we have to bring her back to the hospital and get admitted to the critical care unit for close monitoring, almost two months now.

Her lungs have collapsed and she’s not breathing well and now intubated. We were advised that she’ll need to undergo tracheostomy and PEG insertion to sustain her life longer.

My mother has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for more than a decade now, she’s diabetic as well and because of that she lost her eyesight. Alongside these, are other health conditions that make her status more complicated to manage and treat. She had multiple blood transfusions too.

All of this is beyond our family’s financial capacity. This is the tragic truth that we have to face everyday. I am humbly asking for help, show us some mercy and kindness to get through this. We don’t want to give up on our dearest Mama. She’s the only one left to us and we want to keep fighting for her.
