Kidney Transplant for my Cousin

Hi guys! Please help us in raising funds for my cousin here in the Philippines. He only has one kidney and is no longer functiong well. He's been under several operations since birth and I really hope you could help me extend his life. He needs to have a new kidney by the end of this year or else his lone and damaged kidney might also give up. Please help him as he is really a loving boy and he has so much to offer to the world.

This will greatly help his medications until we have enough funds to afford a kidney as well as the operation and my family will try to source more funds from our relatives and friends.
