The Fight For Justice To Be Served

Update posted by Lauren Calbreath On Jun 04, 2017

Our day in court March 13th in Prineville was I turning point in Our fight, and an eye opener in my opinion for Mr. David Gerald Houck, ( the former Personal Representative of John Morris Calbreath estate ) and his party members. They saw, My husband, John's son take the witness stand and defend his bond he holds with his Father. Houck's lawyer attempted to poke holes in that Bond but was quickly rocked back on his heels by Lucas question after question. Houck's own witness was even quoted under oath on the stand stating " I Lied ", under our lawyers cross exaim. In the end the Prineville property was rightfully reaffirmed as legally Lucas Calbreaths.

With that judgement we now look ahead to fighting the wrongs committed by a fellow member of the badge whom let greed and false entitlement steal a father from his only son ( literally stole John's ashes from Lucas from the beginning in 2014 ).

Please help us in our fight against this injustice.
