Cagayan de Oro City has been placed under a state of calamity as large parts of the city are inundated amid continuing rains over much of Visayas and Mindanao.
The city’s council made the declaration early Tuesday morning, January 17, upon recommendation of the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council.
