CAGOM Petition Clients

We are raising funds among a private group of investors whose money is badly managed by the board of directors and we would like to seek legal advice for answers to what they are doing with the company. For starters, we are seeking transparency to the books and answers to how they are handling them. If need be, we may need to take legal actions in stopping them from continuing their efforts which may not be in the best interest of the shareholders as opposed to their personal agenda. We have engaged a law firm based on their initial quote to kickstart this process, $50 from each shareholder in petition will allow us to do this. We will want to reach out to all the 4000+ shareholders eventually and that will allow us to take things further if need be.
