c-side housing project: Permaculture, Non-Violent, Autonomous

Im Namen des neuen Wohnprojekts "c-side" im Naturschutzgebiet Rieselfelder in Gelmer, Münster, NRW möchte ich euch spontan um Hilfe bitten!

Wir werden ein Grundstück mit Haus kaufen, auf dem Gartenfläche (eher verlassen) und Wald (gut angelegt) nutzbar sind, in denen wir nach Prinzipien der Permakultur, Unschooling und Gewaltfreie Kommunikation transkulturell leben wollen. Außerdem nutzen wir den restlichen freien Platz des Grundstücks für eine Seminarfläche, wo Yoga, Tai-Chi, Zirkus, Capoeira...etc für aussenstehende statt finden soll.

Für den Kauf des Grundstücks/ Objekt fehlt uns leider noch Geld, bestenfalls bis zum 30.10.18.

Ziel ist es, alles als Verein zu kaufen und an bewohnende und nutzende Menschen zu vermieten, wodurch das Geld langsam zurück gezahlt werden wird, damit alles Gemeinschaftseigentum bleibt und einzelne Personen einfach das Projekt verlassen und betreten können und gleichzeitig stabil bleibt.

In diesem Konstrukt braucht die Bank, die uns eine Finanzierung zugesagt hat, allerdings eine höhere Summe Eigenleistung(=Sicherheit) als wir derzeit vorweisen können.

Damit das Projekt realisiert werden kann, sind wir auf Unterstützung von außen angewiesen und freuen uns wenn Du zur Realisierung des Projektes mitwirken kannst.>

Sobald das Projekt zustande kommt, gibts schon im nächsten Jahr ein "Projekt-Starter" humus Festival auf dem Gelände, zu dem alle herzlich eingeladen sind!

Nice to have you here!

As a group, we believe that an alternative way of living together, where living-beings trust, appreciate each other and their environment has to become reality if we want to leave a secure and enjoyable Earth to our children. The side-effect being that life would be more enjoyable now! Instead of waiting for others to bring solutions, we decided to create them ourselves.

We are building a first Community in Münster Germany that is another drop of an alternative ocean that is steadily growing on Earth. We would be grateful if you can contribute to this drop with financial support!

Who is our group? Well we are 15 persons, coming from Asia, through to Europe over South-America, aged 5 to 60 from Italian girl to black Caribbean. Everybody contributes to the community with own resources no matter whether IT-Expert, student or gardener, each member is trusted and appreciated. We live already in small what we want to see in big, i.e. as mainstream thinking.

We are in the process of buying 1 hectare where a house and a forest have already been erected. The place that we have found is very well adapted to design a permacultural landscapte. This scenery will support not only our living with non-violent principles including NVC, unschooling or transcultural principles, but also empower us to organise workshops and festivals where these principles can be propagated to external visitors and supporters. A non exhaustive list of offers such as Yoga, Circus sport techniques, Nature exploration workshops for children and adults will be possible there.

To complete this transaction with our sustainable German Bank, we need you! The 30.10.18 is our deadline.

For us your 10 cents contribution is as valuable as your 100.000 EUR as we see the money as a materialisation of the intention and belief of 1 person for us.
