C section delivery

My name is Nokukhanya I am 27 years old and I am pregnant with baby number 2. I fell pregnant while on contraception. I am in a stable relationship with my partner who is working alone as i lost my job in March this year. I need this money to have a c section as i am 3 weeks over due on my pregnancy and i have been in hospital for over a week and everyday i am told they can not promise me il be attended to as the hospital is under renovation and most facilities are closed. Iv witness pregnant mothers losing their babies and I am not afraid for mine. Please please help me so that i can have this baby alive.
